There are two options in Do Not Disturb mode, i.e. "All Day Do Not Disturb" & "Timing Do Not Disturb", and only one of them can be selected.
Timing Do Not Disturb: If the ending time is less than the starting time, the watch will launch Do Not Disturb tomorrow, for example: it is 10:00 now, and I have selected 9.00-18.00 in Do Not Disturb, then the Do Not Disturb starting time is 9.00-18.00 tomorrow; if you want to set today's 10:00-18:00 in Do Not Disturb, you can only select 10.00-18.00, which means the start time must be greater than or equal to the current time.

If you cannot restart the watch, it could be running out of battery.
Q12: The different step counting between the watch and the mobile phone
There is no GPS chip in the watch. Some hand sewing in daily wearing may be counted as steps, so the step counting maybe has some deviation.

Q15: After the phone restarts, why are some Settings restored?
Because the restart mechanism of a watch is quite different from a mobile phone. After the watch is restarted, the system refreshes the memory data and self-repairs some problems, such as the crash, stuck, screen, etc. Therefore, after the watch is restarted, the settings in the watch will return to the default settings with the system refresh.
Q16: After the watch is unmatched with the mobile App, the watch data is restored.
After the watch is unmatched with the Mibro Fit App, the watch will be forced to return to the factory settings, so the data in the watch will be restored.
Q17: Why is the time on the watch sometimes inaccurate?
When the watch is powered off and powered on again, the display time of the watch may Appear error. In this case, please reconnect to the Mibro Fit App, and the watch will automatically sync the time of the mobile phone.
Q18: Why are heart rate measurements different from other watches?
When users measure heart rate, different wearing environments or wearing methods will cause certain data differences. Because the heart rate measurement is based on the PPG photoelectric principle, there is a distance requirement for light reflection, such as wearing too tight or too loose will affect the accuracy of measurement.
Note:
The data of heart rate measured by watch can only be used for daily reference, not for medical purposes.
Q19: Why can't I set the alarm time in my watch?
You cannot directly set the alarm on the watch.
The user needs to connect the Mibro Fit App to set the alarm and then your alarm setting will be automatically synchronized with the watch.
Q20: Why doesn't the camera react after you click the shake photo in the watch?
The Camera function on the watch cannot directly control the mobile phone camera. It can only control the Take A Photo function in Mibro Fit App.
Note:
The watch Camera function can only be used after the "Shake Photo" function is opened in Mibro Fit App.
Q21: Why can't some data cannot be shown on the watch main dial page?
Most of the dial page can show dynamic real-time data on the main dial page, but some cannot.
Q22: Sleep data detection principle
If the number of exercises in 20 minutes is less than 15-20 times, it will enter sleep mode; there will be no sleep monitoring data during the day, and the effective sleep monitoring interval is 9 pm to 9 am.
