You must register an account on the Mibro Fit App (the only way to register).
Check if your Email address is spelled correctly, make sure you are not accidentally typed a space in the end or front of your Email address.

Q6: Message notification
There are several situations where you cannot receive notifications:
The notification function on the Mibro Fit App is off:
Solution: Turn on the App>>Connect to the watch>>Me>>Tap the watch>>Notification>>Turn on switches (You can also check out this video: https://youtu.be/SXQlGAZzQH0)
The mobile phone does not allow Mibro Fit App to read notifications:
Step 1: Phone Settings>>Notifications>>Allow notifications
Step 2: Phone Settings>>Apps>>Manage Apps>>Find and tap Mibro Fit>>Check if your permissions settings are the same as the image
The Social App does not enable notification permissions:
Solution: Take WhatsApp as an example, Phone settings>>Notifications>>WhatsApp>>Allow notifications
The Social App dose not enable to show the whole message:
Solution: Take WhatsApp as an example, Open WhatsApp>>Settings>>Notifications>>Show Preview
The Do Not Disturb mode in the Mibro watch is off, once the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, all reminders will be turned off.
Solution: Light up the watch>>Swipe down the main interface>>Bell-shape logo is blued means Do Not Disturb mode is on
The Do Not Disturb mode in the mobile phone is off.
Solution: Find Do Not Disturb mode in the phone setting and turn it off.
When the mobile phone screen is off and there is a new message to remind, the watch will only vibrate and the screen will not light up, and the message content will be displayed on the screen when the user needs to lift his wrist to check the message.
Only connect one watch. If you connect multiple watches, you will fail to receive message reminders. Ignore the extra connections before you try again.
Q7: What notifications are available?
For iOS user, you can find all the Apps’ notification switches on the Mibro Fit App.
For Android user, you can only find the intersection of Apps that the watch can support + the Apps that the user has installed. e.g. the watch supports Facebook notifications, but the phone does not have Facebook installed, and it will not display Facebook on the Mibro Fit App.
Q8: How is the custom Do Not Disturb mode set?
There are two options in Do Not Disturb mode, i.e. "All Day Do Not Disturb" & "Timing Do Not Disturb", and only one of them can be selected.
Timing Do Not Disturb: If the ending time is less than the starting time, the watch will launch Do Not Disturb tomorrow, for example: it is 10:00 now, and I have selected 9.00-18.00 in Do Not Disturb, then the Do Not Disturb starting time is 9.00-18.00 tomorrow; if you want to set today's 10:00-18:00 in Do Not Disturb, you can only select 10.00-18.00, which means the start time must be greater than or equal to the current time.
Q9: Weather push
Weather information acquisition logic: Yahoo Weather>>Mibro Fit App>>Mibro watch

Q11: Mibro Air encounters problems such as jammed or crashed, etc.
Holding press the side button for 3-5 seconds to shut down, and then press the button to restart;
If you cannot restart the watch, it could be running out of battery.
Q12: The different step counting between the watch and the mobile phone
There is no GPS chip in the watch. Some hand sewing in daily wearing may be counted as steps, so the step counting maybe has some deviation.
To reduce the deviation, the watch system has set the initial value of step counting to 20. The watch will not calculate your step if the steps less than 20.
Q13: Dial market and custom dial
You can change four different dials, three of them are fixed dial (Hold to press the main dial on watch and swipe left or right), one is a custom dial (Select from Mibro Fit App).
Q14: About the Languages
How to change the language?
The user cannot directly set the language in the watch. After the watch is connected to the Mibro Fit App, the watch language will automatically sync with the mobile phone system language.
The watch only supports 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian)
Watch interface language:
English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
Message notification language:
Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Italian
Mibro Fit App language:
Simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Russian, Thai, Czech, Portuguese, Indonesian, Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Estonian, Bulgarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak.
Q15: After the phone restarts, why are some Settings restored?
Because the restart mechanism of a watch is quite different from a mobile phone. After the watch is restarted, the system refreshes the memory data and self-repairs some problems, such as the crash, stuck, screen, etc. Therefore, after the watch is restarted, the settings in the watch will return to the default settings with the system refresh.
Q16: After the watch is unmatched with the mobile App, the watch data is restored.
After the watch is unmatched with the Mibro Fit App, the watch will be forced to return to the factory settings, so the data in the watch will be restored.
Q17: Why is the time on the watch sometimes inaccurate?
When the watch is powered off and powered on again, the display time of the watch may Appear error. In this case, please reconnect to the Mibro Fit App, and the watch will automatically sync the time of the mobile phone.
Q18: Why are heart rate measurements different from other watches?
When users measure heart rate, different wearing environments or wearing methods will cause certain data differences. Because the heart rate measurement is based on the PPG photoelectric principle, there is a distance requirement for light reflection, such as wearing too tight or too loose will affect the accuracy of measurement.
The data of heart rate measured by watch can only be used for daily reference, not for medical purposes.
Q19: Why can't I set the alarm time in my watch?
You cannot directly set the alarm on the watch.
The user needs to connect the Mibro Fit App to set the alarm and then your alarm setting will be automatically synchronized with the watch.
Q20: Why doesn't the camera react after you click the shake photo in the watch?
The Camera function on the watch cannot directly control the mobile phone camera. It can only control the Take A Photo function in Mibro Fit App.
The watch Camera function can only be used after the "Shake Photo" function is opened in Mibro Fit App.
Q21: Why can't some data cannot be shown on the watch main dial page?
Most of the dial page can show dynamic real-time data on the main dial page, but some cannot.
Q22: Sleep data detection principle
If the number of exercises in 20 minutes is less than 15-20 times, it will enter sleep mode; there will be no sleep monitoring data during the day, and the effective sleep monitoring interval is 9 pm to 9 am.
